"Walking in Mud" (Nonfiction Book Trailers) - Twitter (1x1 Format)
Author Steve Giblin has written a fascinating book on how to cope with the new normal we all find ourselves living due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Steve draws on his more than 20 years' experience as a Navy Seal to offer wisdom to his readers on how to survive this new journey that the world has embarked upon. Based on a 106 word narrative that Steve submitted, we quickly created a 45 second book trailer that captures the essence of what "Walking in Mud" is about. You can check that out on our :40+ Gallery page here. When we developed our new :08, :15, :30 package, "Walking in Mud" was first in line to take advantage of the new three length package. Notice in the 15 second version the more stylized captions, otherwise known as "kinetic typography." Moving forward all of our trailers will incorporate kinetic typography captions, deepening viewer engagement.

When we ran a small ad campaign for "Walking in Mud" at Pinterest in the late summer of 2022, we thought it would be compelling to produce another three length series designed specifically for the female/mother population that are a large part of the Pinterest User base. We also wanted to bring the book's main theme of navigating the post-pandemic new normal more up front and center. Here are the results:

When renowned presentation coach Nathan Gold reached out to us to produce a trailer for his book, we jumped at the chance. Nathan's goal was not only getting his book into more reader's hands, but building his brand. The passion for what he does and his keen eye and sensibilities were on full display as he engaged with us to produce his trailer. We first produced a 45 second trailer for Nathan. You can see that here on our 40+ Gallery page. When we launched our three length package, we quickly produced these :08, :15 and :30 versions. All a bit different, yet keeping the primary message.

"The Gospel According to Jack" (Nonfiction Book Trailers) - YouTube Shorts (9x16 Format)
These trailers are near and dear to our hearts. moblio.io founder Doug Broomfield's father passed away recently at the age of 92 and left behind a vast amount of writings on his philosophy of life. These writings were beautifully written and his family is currently going through all his transcripts and editing the wisdom he shares into a cohesive document. Now we have not yet decided if and what we will share, but if we do, the title "The Gospel of Jack" seems to be appropriate, though that is just a working title at this point. We originally created a 58 second trailer, which you can see on our 40+ Gallery page here. When we launched our :08, :15, :30 package we were thrilled to be able to recut this in shorter lengths. As a trial run we jumped into the waters for a small startup called Epic Fund. Though Epic is no longer in business, we were proud to have produced this series for the company and we look forward to creating more spots for any size business, be they organic posts or run as part of a paid media campaign.
